148. Lip Balm

Hi guys! I have decided that I should get back to blogging because somewhat, blog is the only way for me to pour out my ideas/rants/idk what else...

Okay, so far, actually, recently, I have been addicted about lip balm. It actually started because I was having sore throat/cough/running nose/fever. Because of the blocked nose, I can't breathe through my nose thus I have to breathe through my mouth and which made my lips dry and cracked. It got so bad that there was once that my lip cracked and it somewhat made a wound.

However, when I decided to buy the lip balm, I was almost well and there was actually no need for me to get a lip balm but well, how could I resist after seeing this:

I was quit enchanted(?) by how cute lip balm could be. Cos of the shape of the lip balm container and the lip balm itself! To be honest, for the past years, I don't have a long relationship with lip balm. I used it at most twice and it's a goodbye to them. Except for the time when I went to Korea during winter. My lip was chapped so bad that I used it like every hour?

So, my journey begins! I saw someone's haul and the person bought an Etude House's lip balm and I was super interested in it. I went to search for it because the shop happened to be on my way to meet my sister.

I have this habit that I will take a long time to decide which item to get especially when they have different range of colours. After a long battling with my brain on which colour should I get, I decided to get (green one):

However, to my horror, at the counter before I paid for the item, I saw these bad boys:

Damn, I don't know which to choose now cos they both are so cute! However, the price difference was quite huge. The above (EOS look-alike) cost $10.90 while the SHINI STAR lip balm cost $5.90 due to a 50% promotion discount and they said it's a limited edition thing. I'm soft to limited edition things so you know it, I bought the SHINI STAR lip balm in the end.... ;_;

I kept whining to Bernice because I kinda regret buying it cos it's small (compared to the EOS look-alike) and it will dirty my hand (I need to use my finger to wipe some balm onto my lip). But, like what Bernice said, I don't think I will have a long relationship with it thus I should buy a cheaper one.

Verdict? I can pretty much say that I'm loving the SHINI STAR lip balm! I whip-it-back-and-forth on my lip for a few times! :) The one I got was peach scent. There are guava, passion fruit and 2 more scents but I can't remember as I was rushing to meet my sister (I was an hour late, heeeee).

Since I quite addicted into using lip balm now, I thought of buying it at gmarket (I somewhat know that it will be a little cheaper due to promotions and stuffs) and while searching for lip balm, I saw this:

Then I go all NUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU! Onew chose peach scent while Key chose f(?)ashionfruit!!!! I thought of getting either guava or peach but huhuhuhu Key choose neither. But well, I'm not so into SHINee anymore but I still willing to marry Key, heeeee.
